A technical drawing can describe dimension, angle and construction, but it cannot fully describe how a chair receives the body or how a drawer sounds when it closes. A full-scale prototype review is where those qualities become tangible.
We review a sample from every side, then use it. We sit, lean, pull, lift and look at it under changing light.
Small changes carry far
A few millimetres at the front of a seat can change comfort. A softened underside can make a table feel lighter. A hardware adjustment can turn a stiff daily action into an intuitive one.
Because production repeats every decision, prototype changes become more valuable as quantities grow.
Approval is a shared reference
The approved prototype aligns designer, client, supplier workshop and quality team around one physical standard. We pair it with signed drawings and finish samples so both appearance and construction remain clear.
That reference stays present through first-piece inspection and the final supplier-production review.
