Information you choose to share

When you send a project request, we store the contact details, project information and files you provide so our team can review and respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

We use submitted information only to evaluate your project, communicate with you, prepare proposals and maintain the working record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information.

Files and retention

Drawings and specifications are treated as project-confidential working material. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or resulting project, subject to contractual and legal recordkeeping obligations.
